Deadline : Initially it was 60 days from 12th March 2020(draft uploaded on MOEF website)
Later, On 23rd March vide GSR SO 1199(E) Ministry considered 60 days from date of publication of gazette as the consultation deadline. Hence 22nd May was the new deadline.
Revised deadline : On 7th May MOEF&CC extended the deadline to 30th June.
On 30th June Delhi HCinformed the extension the deadline to August 11th.
