Sir,nursing associate or nursing assistant in our region is selected from employment exchanges who have no basic knowledge in nursing.please select people who have qualification like basic a.n.m. or other qualifications.This will surely improve the quality of care.The last grade servants who are doing cleaning works are promoted to nursing assistants.They are older than 40 years and sometimes they are take more freedom in clinics.
