The Role of HRAs are very limited in overseas placement in a digital/e-governance environment wherein we hv a emigrate platform in place worth features to protect the safety & security of the emigrant based on the credibility & accreditation features of the FEs defined & ongoing reviews takes place as per the regulatory reforms in india & the host country as well. So the RA liability shd be only within the three months probation period only
