At least for Senior Citizens Group Housing Complexes already in operation for a couple of seasons, such as Ashiana Utsav ( Retirement Homes, Jaipur) and others in, for example, in Bhiwadi, where Senior Citizens can only reside after the purchase, there should be a seperate additional section. Here, most Senior Citizens come from varied regions in India with diverse background in India or even coming after serving overseas besides some after running their own business. These owners have a very diverse background (age group range from 55 to 90, many suffer from age related varied ailments, are Hindus, Sikhs, Jain, Sindi,Buddhists, socioeconomically diversified, etc.), ready have a great groupism and a dangerous devide.
Having a single RWA is fine but allowing them to decide now to either run the show on their own or choose a Servive Provider of their choice is like a gamble with their rest of limited lives. If such a diverse group was so capable why their respective employers retired them?
My humble suggestion is to kindly go thru the guidelines provided by Ashiana Housing for exclusively retirement homes only. In Senior Citizens Complexes which are already functional the role of RWA’s could at the most should be at ‘ Advisory level’ only.
I am a resident of Ashiana Utsav,Jaipur for past ten years ( age 74 years and a retiree from United Nations and a prntioner) and am available for any further discussion on this subject as as afraid that your new act will bring a havoc in the lives of Senior Cotizens Complexes in Rajasthan if implemented as such without mentioning a seperate modified guidelines for exclusive already operational Senior Citizens Residential Complexes.
