ESIC scheme should be broadened in the following manner 1 It should cover all college faculty members working on unaided post because there is no fix salary for them they get salary on the mercy of their managements.2 These college teachers number is around 10 lac throughout India .3 It would provide real social justice to teaching community. 4 If EPF is your sister concern kindly raise employer and employee contribution to 15+15 of gross salary plus 9 percent fixed rate of interest.
